Riva produces Franciacorta Brut, Saten, Rosè, Brut bearing the year of production Rivalto and two still wines Curtefranca DO: the white one Dioniso and the red one Longobardo Curtefranca.
The wines Riva Franciacorta are characterised for their wine grafts variety with which are produced and for the working methodology that put in relief the raw material, with maximum respect to the environment.
These wines are rich, fresh and sweet-smelling and are prefect to be drunk in company. Differ for their high acidity and low alcoholic gradation, the lively bouquet olfactory by floral notes and clear tonality.
Perfect for aperitifs, they reach an unforeseen and significant rapport if combined with complex and structured plates. They are so particularly suggested for the whole meal.
