Team

Agronomist, wine-making expert and wine cellar keeper perform operative choices and strategies to obtain a product of unique characteristics which reflects the owner’s wishes and personality.

Agronomist

The Agronomist takes care of all aspects connected with vineyard cultivation thereby applying his own technical competence to conduct interventions based on obtaining the desired result but without soil and plant impoverishment. For the agronomist, the consequence of “taking care of the soil” means healthy and balanced plant growth. The time and method of agricultural intervention is always chosen with the utmost respect for the environment. At the same time this helps to produce the desired quality.

Wine-making expert

The wine-making expert is a technical expert who follows the wine production from grape harvest to bottle and who studies and effects the necessary choices to define the chemical and sensorial wine characteristics. The alcoholic fermentation, with the transformation of sugar into alcohol with the aroma and polyphones evolution, follows natural methods which the wine-making expert can influence in order to characterise the final product, taking into consideration the soil peculiarity.
With his professionalism, he determinates the “signature” which distinguishes the product. The wine-making expert also controls the wine evolution in the bottle and proposes solutions to guide the individual wine over time.

Wine cellar expert

Dominant figure for the grape working process, the wine cellar expert follows the wine-making expert’s indications as far as bottling the wine. He directs the men on the land, supervises the grape harvest, wine pressing and bottling. Dividing his time between vineyard and cellar, he contributes to the completion of that particular technical passage which allows a high quality wine to obtain its rich personality.
