Colour ruby-red intensive with purplish reflexes.

Red berry fruit, violet and cherry scent. In the mouth, nice and balanced, good mature tannicity and well structured, with the acquired ageing complex aroma and spiced.

Combination

first courses with meat, salami and cold pork meat, red meat and game souses.

Improvement

Variable depending on the year, it is realized partially in steel and partially in French oak barriques for about one year. Follows another improvement in bottle for almost six months.
